Dr. Jim Tholany, PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Tholany is one of New Jersey’s top Physical Therapists specializing in Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation. He graduated from Seton Hall University where he received both his undergrad and clinical doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. He enjoys treating a wide array of patients ranging from young athletes to active adults. In 2016, he earned his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification, a board certification held by fewer than 10% of practicing therapists. He attends numerous continuing education courses staying atop of clinical advancements in the field of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation to best serve his patients. He has been a clinical instructor for several PT schools across the nation as well as mentoring several local undergrad interns.
Outside of his work life, he enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Aisling Linehan PT, DPT, PRPC
Dr. Linehan graduated from Duquesne University in 2010 in an accelerated combined Bachelors of Science (dual Biology and Health Science major and Philosophy minor) and Doctorate program (Physical Therapy). Early in her clinical rotations, she was exposed to the pelvic health field and developed an affinity to help this underserved population after seeing its life changing benefit. She has attended over 30 specialty courses regarding pelvic floor physical therapy, yoga and Pilates since starting her professional career and takes every opportunity to improve her knowledge and mastery of the pelvic floor in order to better help her patients. Dr. Linehan is a certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner (PRPC) through Herman and Wallace and a member of the national vulvodynia association and international pelvic pain society.
Growing up a junior Olympic figure skater, she finds time to keep her skates on by teaching ice skating for the Special Olympics. When not treating patients, Dr. Linehan love to practice & teach yoga and spend time with her family. An Ireland native, she loves going back to visit family and friends.
Dr. Harrison Ranallo, DC
Dr. Ranallo is a chiropractic physician. He received his doctorate in chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. Prior to that, he received his undergraduate degree in biology at the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN. Dr. Ranallo is trained in diversified technique and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
Dr. Ranallo has extensive experience collaborating with other medical professionals. While in Minnesota, he practiced in a clinic that integrated Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Acupuncture. This collaboration ensured patients were undergoing optimal care and experiencing higher quality results. Due to his love for sports, Dr. Harrison furthered his education towards treating sports injuries and became a Graston Technique provider certified at the highest level. He uses this instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization to help patients prevent injury, increase range of motion and return from injury at a faster rate.
Growing up in hockey-crazed Minnesota, Dr. Ranallo is a hockey fan and still enjoys playing in local adult leagues. He also enjoys exercising and any activity involving the outdoors. Dr. Ranallo recognizes that chiropractic care is an important part of maximizing one’s potential. He is passionate about using chiropractic care in collaboration with rehabilitation to treat athletes and families to help them perform at a higher level.
Chelsea Bikowski – Patient Care Coordinator
Chelsea began her career in the healthcare industry in 2012 as a nursing assistant. Over the past seven years, she has worked in various healthcare settings leading her to management. She has a passion for helping others and assisting patients through their medical journeys. Chelsea enjoys spending her free time with her fiancé and friends.
Milos Parick – Mascot
Milos is the unofficial Paragon therapy dog. After some not so successful attempts with canine training programs, Milos found his true calling joining the Paragon team where he is adored by patients and staff alike. He can be seen moseying around the office looking around for a tummy rub but mostly for an advance on his week’s dog treat paycheck. He enjoys playing with his local Robbinsville dog friends and provides pro-bono neighborhood watch in town center.
