Mark Tirone is a licensed Occupational Therapist who believes in helping every individual return to purposeful, pain-free living. Mark received his Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Stockton University where he previously graduated with program distinction in Health Science and a minor in writing. As a practicing therapist, Mark specializes in orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological dysfunction.
During his graduate studies, Mark completed a study-abroad program in Bogota, Colombia, in which he studied international health-care procedures in communities across the country. With his team, Mark advocated to obtain and deliver a powered wheelchair for a Veteran who was paralyzed and confined to a bed. From this experience, Mark brings an understanding of the power in community, empathy, and perseverance to achieve personal goals. Mark believes that no goal is too big or too small for any individual across the lifespan.
As a practicing therapist, Mark maintains his commitment to growth through continuing education in order to provide the best level of care to the individuals he serves. In his personal life, Mark enjoys the simple pleasures of exercise, playing guitar, spinning vinyl, and being outdoors.
