Alice’s love for movement began at a young age taking dance classes. She went on to attend Goucher College in Baltimore, MD where she studied Dance and Kinesiology. After her undergraduate studies, she relocated to New York to pursue dance professionally. During this time she completed a comprehensive pilates instructing certification and worked as an assistant at a sports rehab clinic. These experiences deepened her knowledge of anatomy and her passion for wellness. In 2018, she attended the Functional Anatomy for Movement Instructors (FAMI) at Mt. Saini Medical School in NYC. After this experience, she decided to return to school to study occupational therapy with the hopes of combining her love for movement with her passion for helping others.
Alice received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. During her graduate studies, Alice worked with a wide range of populations of all ages and discovered the field of pelvic health. She has since completed continuing education in the field of pelvic floor rehab through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. With special attention to each individual needs, Alice provides a holistic approach to orthopedic and pelvic health care. Alice strives to share her love of movement with every client so that they can reach their goals and lead a more fulfilling and well-rounded life!
In her free time, Alice enjoys spending time outside where she is an avid hiker/backpacker and loves to travel. She also enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her friends and family.
